Current Homeowners Qualify for $6500 Tax Credit

There are a lot of you out there who have already been homeowners, are ready to move into something else, and wish the gov't would help YOU out. Well your time has come!

The "rules" are pretty straightforward and it's an enticing deal. You will definitely want to read this article. Basic Overview of the article:

  • Must have lived in your current home for past 5 of 8 years
  • Close on new house by June 30, 2010
  • New home can be more or less expensive than current home
  • You do NOT have to sell current house
  • Must live in new home as primary residence
  • Make less than $125k Singly/$225k Jointly
