There are a few days left to check out the Charlotte Symphony Guild Designer House! This year, it’s not exactly a house on display though…it’s three gorgeous condo’s in The Metropolitan!

The designer showcase is now underway until May 9. If you love style, homes, and luxury, you won’t want to miss what these units are highlighting during the Design Showcase. Here are just a few items to get your creative senses intrigued:


I’m excited about the event because I won’t only get great ideas for staging my properties, but I’ll also get a taste of Uptown living. With spaces available at The Met at 2000+ square feet, it’s easy to see why even some families are going Uptown. The luxury MetTerraces building, site of the designer showcase, consists of 41 units ranging from 900 to 3,000 square feet. The three featured condos are priced from about $850,000 to more than $1.3 million. Even if these properties are out of your price range, it’ll still be a great event to attend.
